Alex AB Barrera, is an award winning designer, illustrator and artist. One of the original founding members of The Inner Artist: A Series of Interactive Art Shows, Alex has been busy over the past decade mostly pursuing his career as a Marketing Director (aka chasing big money) and taking on commissions (aka chasing less money). His most notable work can be seen online and in the pages of the Miami New Times, CityLink, I Want Your Skull, Talenthouse, GADA, Ocean Drive Magazine, Gulfstream Park, Sun-Sentinel, Norwegian Cruise Line and Nickelodeon to name a few.
His intention for November’s 2017 ArtHeart group art exhibition, is to mix in his love of 80’s nostalgia, pop culture and cult movies.
