Artist

Felicia Fish flows from the wonder of a single mother. Often smiling, her three talented brothers call her creative. The diversity of sunny South Florida gave her a curiosity of culture and and a light tan. The Christian church helped to found her development of creative thought and a compassionate heart as she took part in service, crafts, and acting. She excelled in art techniques and visual concepts throughout public school.

Fish has taken mission trips to the poorest places in Mexico, Brasil, and Cuba to paint murals, draw portraits of indigenous children, teach art, and design spaces. In 2012, she was commissioned to visually represent the band Sun Lights Up. In 2013, she received her bachelor’s degree in Studio Art with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University.

Today Felicia Fish resides in South Florida as a Visual Artist, Art Educator, and Acting Teacher, with side gigs as a sales associate for Blick Art Supplies and Kay Jewelers. She participates in an average of three art shows per year, often in F.A.T. Village, Fort Lauderdale’s Art District. She is an Artist in Residence at The Cross Church in North Miami. Fish recently got engaged to Lance Brooks, who greatly encourages and inspires her artistic endeavors. Felicia Fish continues to embark on innovative ways to artistically benefit the community through personal and collaborative initiatives.
